Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)

In 2025 we strengthened our EDI commitments. We also deepened our strategic reflection on how our commitment to EDI is meaningfully embedded across our programs and actions, as well as our monitoring, evaluation and learning framework. In parallel, we advanced our organizational understanding of the systems shaping reconciliation and equity, diversity, and inclusion in Canada, laying important groundwork to continue developing strategies that are sustainable and accountable.
